The properties along Lavaterstraße in Vienna's 22nd district were acquired by 6B47 under building rights in order to develop them in several sections and on several building sites.

The project is planned according to the requirements of the "Productive City" concept published by the City of Vienna. This specialist concept represents a new type of mixed use of commercial and residential.

This project is considered one of the pilot projects of the technical concept and is ideally suited for mixed use due to the direct connection to the Stadtstraße, the U2 station "An der alten Schanze" on the company's own construction site and the rapid transit junction.
