The project at Althanstraße 8 with the existing multi-storey car park is part of the "Althan Quartier" urban development area.
In the course of the new development, the Arcotel AQ with 157 rooms was built on the upper two floors - with a separate entrance and two panorama lifts on Althanstraße as well as with access via the "Plaza" plateau. The first floor houses archive and office space as well as ancillary rooms for the hotel.
The remaining three floors of the garage comprise approx. 650 parking spaces. The multi-storey car park was completely renovated, handed over to the operator Goldbeck Parking and is available to all users of the "Althan Quartier" as a publicly used garage.
