The new construction project JOSEPH is part of the urban development area "Althan Quartier".
The existing building was demolished and replaced by a modern new building with 107 residential units and 13 parking spaces. The direct access to the Plaza plateau of the "Althan Quartier" is via an open staircase.
The building is divided into a high-rise building with eleven floors and a timber-framed component with seven floors. In addition, extensive common areas (e.g. fitness room) were realised in the building.
