In an urban development area in Vienna's 5th and 12th districts, the "O.A.X Vienna" project is being developed on an area of around 14,600 m². 

The plot is located in an up-and-coming location and is characterized by excellent public transport connections. It is located not far from the new Vienna Central Station and Meidling Station. The planned extension of the U2 subway line – including the creation of a U2 station near the project area – will result in an even better connection to Vienna's city centre in the future.

Around the Eichenstraße 1 location, a new, unique neighbourhood will be built in the coming years. An attractive mix of residential, commercial, retail and office uses will be built on the project property by 2026. The architectural concept envisages concave curved residential buildings and a sculpturally designed solitaire for office use. The arrangement of the buildings creates a high-quality ensemble with exciting views and views. The attractive overall project "O.A.X Vienna" will significantly upgrade the district, enable a further expansion of the infrastructure and set accents that will have a lasting impact on the future cityscape.
