The property and its location are characterized by very good connections both to public transport with the Penzing train station (S-Bahn) and to the national road network.

6B47 plans to subject the office building there with around 7,000 m² of usable space to a general renovation in the existing zoning or to add a storey of around 1,200 m². In line with the ESG/sustainability strategy of 6B47, the building is to be ÖGNI-certified and also comply with the EU taxonomy criteria.

The project will be sold in the third quarter of 2025 after a legally binding building permit has been obtained.
