6B47 has acquired a 22,140 sqm site in St. Pölten, the capital of Lower Austria, for the development of a residential project. The site is a former commercial area in the Viehofen district of St. Pölten. The reclassification took place in August 2019. Planning permission is expected in autumn 2020.

The largest city in Lower Austria is located 55 km from Vienna. Particularly noteworthy is the connection from St. Pölten Central Station to Vienna Central Station in 25 minutes by public transport and to Vienna Schwechat Airport in 50 minutes by car. A good connection to individual traffic is guaranteed by the location at the S33 motorway and the proximity to the A1 Westautobahn. A bus stop right next to the property will take future residents to the city centre and St. Pölten's main railway station in a six-minute drive.

The Traisenpark shopping centre with 88 shops and a medical centre is located in the neighbourhood of the site and can be reached on foot in three minutes. The St. Pölten university hospital and the local recreation area Viehofner Seen are also in the immediate vicinity.
