The project is located directly on the southern city limits of Vienna and is well connected to public transport (e.g. Badner Bahn) and the high-level road network. In this part of Vösendorf, which is currently characterised by commercial and commercial use, large-scale conversions and the settlement of residential buildings are taking place.

The construction of several modern residential buildings with around 220 residential units is planned on the property, including open spaces, extensive common areas and bicycle parking spaces as well as a single-storey underground car park. The property will have a mix of different apartment sizes to meet the needs of singles and families alike. 

The project offers a diverse mobility concept for the future residents. There is currently an existing building on the property, which will be rented out until construction begins.
