Living

Zyndrama is a project for an exclusive residential area in the historical center of Wrocław, directly at the river bank of the Oder. At this still undeveloped plot with about 1,350 m2 we have developed a building with a living space of about 3,100 m2.

After completion in spring of 2019, Zyndrama will dispose of 48 boutique apartments with a size of 36 to 154 m2, 2 penthouses with about 150 m2 each and 40 parking lots in an underground parking. All apartments dispose of panorama windows and spacious open areas.
