Success in letting the SOPHIE and JOSEPH residential projects in the “Althan Quartier”

Sales activities for the letting of the SOPHIE and JOSEPH residential projects were only launched at the beginning of September. A mere seven weeks later, over 55% of the apartments have already been taken up.

We are seeing high demand in Vienna Alsergrund due to the dearth of new-build properties there. This is also demonstrated by the figures emerging from the successful sales launch: 142 apartments have already been placed. 

6B47 Real Estate Investors, as well as the estate agents ÖRAG Immobilien and OTTO Immobilien with its smart broker service “eugen!”, have been brought on board to market the 258 new apartments. JOSEPH and SOPHIE offer future residents units of between 32 and 130 square metres with modern kitchens and spacious open areas.
