woow studio The 2.4 hectare “Althan Quartier” construction site has concluded two further projects following the completion of Althan Park in 2019: the SOPHIE and JOSEPH residential buildings, two out of a total of four building sections, which will be finalised and handed over in the course of 2024.
The marketing of these prized new apartments will start on their completion on 06/09/2024. JOSEPH with 107 apartments and SOPHIE with a total of 151 appartments will offer new tenants units of between 32 and 130 m2 featuring generously dimensioned open-air spaces and fitted with modern kitchens.
6B47 Real Estate Investors and estate agents OTTO Immobilien with its smart “eugen!” broker service and ÖRAG Immobilien have been brought on board to market the 258 new apartments.
