CEO Sebastian G. Nitsch has left 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG, effective from the end of March 2024. No replacement will be appointed to his position as CEO or his role as Chairman of the Board. Christian G. Polak and Christian Mayer remain in place as COO and CFO of 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG.

“Following business developments in recent months and the successful restructuring of 6B47, the Management Board is now in the midst of a transition. The entire Supervisory Board thanks Sebastian Nitsch for his successful management activities over many years and his commitment to all projects throughout the corporate group. We would like to wish Mr Nitsch the very best for the future,” said Arwed Fischer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, regarding the parties’ decision.

Nitsch joined 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG as CFO in 2010 and had been responsible for its transactions as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board since 2020.

“Leading this company for such a long period and helping to guide its fate through successful and stormy times has been a pleasure and a great honour. Driving forward over 80 projects and positive urban development in three countries has been a wonderful experience for me.

After almost 15 years, now is the right time for a change in personnel. I would like to thank all of my colleagues, including those on the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, our customers and my immediate team for their trustful collaboration,” says Nitsch.
