• Christian Berger will become the third Managing Director of 6B47 Germany GmbH as from 01/01/2024.
• Raphaela Rudolph has been 6B47 Germany GmbH’s Head of Region South since 01/08/2023.

Vienna, 28/09/2023 – Christian Berger (57) will become Managing Director of 6B47 Germany GmbH at the turn of the year on 01/01/2024. With a degree in Business Administration, he has been Branch Manager of 6B47’s office in Berlin with signatory powers since 01/06/2023.

“In Christian Berger, we have gained a real estate professional with many years of experience for our Berlin office and are delighted that he will be reinforcing the previous management duo of Anton T. Schöpkens and Robert Bambach as from 2024,” states Sebastian G. Nitzsch, CEO of 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG, commenting on the expansion of the management team in Germany.
“6B47 continues to back the German real estate market and recognises the potential of the metropolitan regions in which we are still developing and in which we intend to invest. That is why 6B47 is systematically expanding its expertise in Germany,” Christian Berger says.

Raphaela Rudolf (28) was granted signatory powers and appointed Head of 6B47 Germany’s Region South on 01/08/2023. She joined 6B47 in the spring of 2021 as an Assistant to the Management Board, and in the summer of 2022, she took on the role of Transaction Manager. Ms Rudolph will continue her work in transaction management in her new position.

Christian Berger (57) is a native of Berlin. After successfully completing a banking traineeship, he studied Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, which he completed with a degree in Business Administration. He has been working in the real estate sector since 1992. His career has taken him to the following companies:
PORR, UBM Development as well as most recently as Managing Director of Artprojekt Real Estate.

Raphaela Rudolph (28) completed a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Real Estate Administration. In her previous career, she worked among others for her parents’ real estate marketing business, in transaction management for EY Hamburg, in real estate valuations for JLL Munich and as a study manager for the Real Estate Economics course (IREBS, Real Estate Academy) in Munich in 2019/20. Before moving to 6B47, she was active at WealthCap Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH in Munich.
