The Silesia Outlet in Gliwice is built in the province of Upper Silesia. It is situated nearby the most important motorway junction of A1 and A4 and it is close to the existing hypermarket Auchan and construction market Leroy Merlin.

The project was planned in two stages:stage I with 12,000 m2 and stage II with 8,000 m2 of the gross lettable area. At the beginning of construction about 60 per cent of the business areas of the first stage were rent. Opening of stage I took place in the spring of 2019. The project has been sold in 2nd quarter of 2019.
