The residential project Grasbergergasse is in a favourable location in the 3rd district of Vienna.

Close to the Schweizer Garten and the new Vienna Central Station, the location offers optimal transport connections. Rapid transit railway, tram and bus stations are within walking distance. Individual traffic connections are also excellent due to the nearby southeast expressway.

Rennweg and Landstraßer Hauptstraße with its many shop-ping possibilities are also in the direct vicinity of the property.

The planning envisages a development with a total usable floor area of approx. 11,100 m². Around 200 apartments and a kindergarten will be built.
