In the last big development area in the city of Frankfurt, the Europaviertel, 6B47 developed an up-to-date residential tower with 21 floors for 191 condos and an underground parking.

The cascade-shaped residential building is located between the exhibition center and the main railway station.

The mainly 2-to-4-room apartments range from 50 to 170 m2 and they are attractive due to up-to-date floor plans, high-end furnishings and a marvelous view. They are suited for both, for investors and for use by the owners and they offer an up-to-date living space in centric location. The spacious entrance area opens up into openly designed floors with bright condos flooded with light thanks to the large windows and the balconies or terraces.

At the end of 2016, the project has been sold to an investor.
