RESIDENTIAL & SPA

The Beatrix Spa project is located in the immediate vicinity of the Stadtpark, the Wien Mitte railway station and Vienna city centre.

The historic building is the oldest spa in Vienna. Built according to the designs of Josef von Wieser and opened in 1888, it served generations of Viennese as a place of relaxation and physical culture but fell into disrepair after the Second World War.

The building was extensively renovated and converted into a luxurious residential residence. The former Beatrix Spa now boasts 41 exclusive apartments and five spacious penthouse apartments with a fantastic panoramic view of the treetops of the city park and the heart of Vienna, St. Stephen's Cathedral. Besides the addition of the top floor, 16 parking spaces were created in the inner courtyard.

The project was realized in cooperation with the Sans Souci Group. The building was completed in Q3 2018.
