The Jadenhof development is located in the up-and-coming 15th district of Vienna in the middle of a residential area. The location of the project stands out due to its convenient access to an underground station of the U3 line and its excellent infrastructure.

The proximity to the Schönbrunn Palace Gardens provides sports and nature enthusiasts with a wide range of leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. The public parks invite you to go for a walk or a jog, while the nearby Vienna River with its cycle paths to the city centre offers ideal conditions for cycling.

The residential building is being developed on a former commercial site which has already been reclassified. Two buildings are planned, one on Jadengasse and one in the inner courtyard behind it. A total of 63 rental apartments with a usable floor area of 4,000 m², a kindergarten and 24 parking spaces in the underground car park will be created.

In addition to its location close to the city centre, the project is characterized by a wide variety of apartment types. The optimal apartment mix of 1- to 4-room apartments in sizes ranging from around 40 to 90 m² appeals to both couples and small families. The small apartments are perfectly suited for students or commuters. Almost all residential units will have a balcony, loggia or terrace, while some units will have their own garden.

Construction work on the project started in spring 2019, with completion planned for the end of 2020. The project was already sold during the construction phase and will be handed over to an investor upon completion.
