Althan-Quartier: Make room for SOPHIE and JOSEPH
In the Althan Quarter, demolition and dismantling work on all components is progressing well: While the old building fabric for the JOSEPH and SOPHIE projects has already been almost completely removed, we were also able to successfully complete the gutting of the FRANCIS property at the same time.
It was high time to take a bird's eye view of the project in its original state for the very last time: Using three drones and two cameras, we were able to take unique aerial photos from a height of 120 meters. You can see the result here.
NewH: On solid ground
At our office project on Düsseldorf's renowned Heinrich-Heine-Allee, we have not only completed the demolition work but also the below ground and the floor slab construction. These important interim results bring us a great deal closer to our project goal: to realize a highly modern, mixed-use office and retail complex with elegant architecture between the city center and the Oberkassel district, which will also enhance the quarter in the long term.
LITE Berlin: Foundation for a more sustainable Europacity
With "LITE Berlin", the new Europacity in Berlin is enriched by another residential and office complex. On the construction site, 6B47 is developing 64 residential units in the direct vicinity of the Spree. Currently, work on the foundations and exterior walls in the basement of LITE Berlin is progressing day by day. The entire development area includes modern office space, a daycare center as well as shopping facilities and restaurants.
