6B47, TRIVALUE and SORAVIA are jointly developing the project Eichenstraße 1 in an urban development area in the 5th and 12th districts of Vienna on approximately 14,600 sqm. The site on which the joint project is being built is in an up-and-coming location and is characterized by excellent public transport connections. It is located close to the new Vienna Central Station and Meidling railway station. The planned extension of an underground railway line and the creation of a station close to the project site will provide even better connections directly to Vienna's city centre.

A completely new quarter will be built around the location Eichenstraße 1 in the coming years. A new residential area is also planned adjacent to the property, an existing park is to be redeveloped and an old depot will be converted into the Grätzel Centre with cultural and culinary offerings.

An attractive mix of residential, commercial, retail and hotel use will be created on the project site by 2023. The architectural concept envisages concave townhouses and a sculpturally designed solitaire for the hotel. The arrangement of the buildings creates a high-quality ensemble with exciting views both through and out of the buildings. The attractive overall project Eichenstraße 1 will greatly enhance the quarter, enable further expansion of the infrastructure and set clear accents that will have a lasting impact on the future cityscape.
