The German subsidiary - regional competence creates a competitive edge

In 2012, 6B47 Germany GmbH started to work on the German real estate market as a classical project developer. The head office is located in Düsseldorf. To strengthen regional competence, 6B47 opened branch offices in Munich and Berlin.

FOCAL POINT

The development of new projects in the fields of residential buildings and projects for industry use and hotels are in the main focus of 6B47 Germany. Moreover, if required, 6B47 Germany revitalizes existing buildings to convert them for new ways of use as this is the case when re-purposing former office buildings to convert them into thrilling properties for mixed use.

The range of activities comprises everything, from affordable apartments for families to micro-apartments and exclusive residential projects. Our current development projects offer a broad range of different uses and price segments. Moreover, it is of utmost importance to 6B47 to set up a diversified offer - from affordable living for families to high-end exclusive apartments.

MARKETS

Our developments concentrate mainly on the top 7 cities and on prime locations in city centers of so-called B-cities. Special emphasis is put on the real estate markets in and around Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt on the river Main, the greater Munich area and Stuttgart. In these markets, 6B47 develops properties in both, centric locations and at the periphery.
