6B47 CEO Sebastian G. Nitsch crowned Real Estate Manager of the Year

Launched in 2006, the Cäsar real estate award enjoys a glowing reputation within the Austrian property industry and is presented in nine different categories at a ceremony in Vienna. The gala event for this year’s Cäsar was held in the city’s Schönbrunn Palace Theatre.

“Winning this award, which is given ‘by the industry for the industry’, is a great honour for me and fills me with a lot of pride and gratitude,” said Sebastian G. Nitsch, commenting on his prize. “Since no-one can become a good manager without a fantastic team, this Cäsar is also in recognition of the work done by everyone at 6B47.”

Sebastian G. Nitsch has been CEO of 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG since autumn 2020, having previously spent ten years in various management roles at the company. During that time, he and his team delivered no fewer than 72 real estate projects with a development volume of over EUR 2 billion. Besides commercial aspects, Nitsch’s property development work also always prioritises the creation of urban focal points that generate added value for the environment and society.
